Are you a woman between the ages of 18 - 44 and live in Butler County? Do you want to make a difference in our community? Help us gain a better understanding of the health of women during their reproductive years, defined as 18-44 years old, by taking our anonymous health survey.

COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC APPOINTMENTS
As of May 26, clinics will be held on WEDNESDAYS ONLY at the Butler County Fairgrounds from 9 AM - 12 PM. Clinics will be held indoors at the Fair Board Art Hall/Administrative offices at 1715 Fairgrove Ave., Hamilton, OH 45011. Parking is located in the gravel lots at the main entrance, closest to Route 4/Dixie HWY.Park and follow the signs to the main entrance. Appointments are encouraged, but NOT required.

Who's eligible to sign-up for a COVID-19 Vaccine?
Appointments are available to individuals 12 years and older. Details about scheduling for the second dose will be given at the time of your first appointment.
